Arise: | Pastor Barbie | Hebrews 10, Hebrews 12
Do you ever feel tired and empty, going through the motions but not really connecting? Are you waiting on God and not seeing his goodness?

Pastor Barbie’s teaching resonates with people who find it hard to stay motivated and those who feel like they are just going through the motions of their faith. Maybe there are some days, you don’t want to be open or take a step forward. Sometimes, you can’t see God’s goodness in your life.

Instead of pretending or hiding, think about Jesus. Pay attention to what he has done instead of what distracts or pulls you down. You're surrounded by a great cloud of witnesses and a family by your side, ready to pray, support, and walk with you during tough times.

Bible References

Matthew 7:7-8, 23:37; Hebrews 10:35-39, 12:1-3

* Focus on Jesus. Set aside distractions and consider His faithfulness.
* Perseverance is proven not in easy times but when you want to give up; God never wastes your steps.
* Running your race is not about perfection but about showing up, trusting, and not shrinking back.

Arise: Consider Him
We spend so much time overcomplicating God’s will for our lives, waiting on a massive sign or a structural shift. But scripture makes it plain: it starts with a trained heart. When we choose a lifestyle of gratitude instead of letting a dissatisfied heart take over, we are walking directly in His will.

Searching for God’s Will? Start Here. 🎯 | Springhouse Sundays
Every moment God entrusts to us is a sacred stewardship—whether it brings exceeding joy or exceeding pain. If we change our focus from waiting on the massive, structural "miraculous" moments and instead look for His presence in the raw reality of life, we will find Him right beside us.

Arise in Gratitude | Pastor Barbie | Psalm 100
Ever find yourself wondering where God is when life gets dark, frustrating, or just plain ordinary? Pastor Barbie invites us to sit with the reality that sacred moments aren’t just tucked away in mountain-top experiences or huge miracles. They happen in the middle of everyday messes, small joys, and even deep pain.

She tells relatable stories about being a parent, dealing with loss, and always wanting more. She shows how gratitude helps us notice God's goodness in every situation. She's not talking about ignoring the pain but about witnessing beauty rising from ashes and declaring, “I will see the goodness of God in the land of the living.”

Bible References

Genesis 1:14; Exodus 33:15-19; Psalm 27:13-14, 116:12; 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18; Hebrews 12:1

Key Insights
* God is calling us to wake up and see what He’s doing.
* The enemy wants you to never be satisfied with what God has given you.
* Gratitude is a spiritual discipline and an act of trust, not just a surface emotion.
* Gratitude disciplines our hearts to judge a moment only after finding Him in it.
* Gratitude is the inevitable fruit of seeing God.
* The goodness of God should evoke a response in us.

Key Sections

00:00:00 - Welcome and Opening Reflection
Pastor Barbie sets a tone of expectancy by reflecting on how God continually leads us to step up and discover new layers of His goodness.

00:02:19 - Discovering Sacred Moments

We live in a culture filled with distractions. In the tension between busyness and spiritaul awareness, the stars overhead still mark God's holy timing and prompt us to slow down, pay attention, and witness the sacred moments.

00:07:46 - Shifting from Distraction to Witness
Many people feel pressured by messages that say “you don’t have enough.” But the truth is different: the real miracle isn't just a big healing or event. It's about daily practice. It's about noticing what God has already given us and building a thankful spirit that appreciates both the simple and the amazing.

00:12:07 - Holding Pain and Joy as Sacred
Pastor Barbie shares personal stories about being a mother, dealing with loss, and finding healing. She shows that gratitude is important not just in happy times but also in tough times. We can see the sacred when we recognize God's presence at births, in hospitals, and during all seasons, even when we are unsure of what God will do next.

00:17:21 - Practicing Gratitude as Obedience
Gratitude is challenged by disappointments and distractions, but the Bible shows it’s more than just a feeling. It’s a way of living and a choice to give thanks in every situation. This attitude can change how you see your faith and your relationships.

00:28:24 - Legacy of Gratitude in the Family
Pastor Barbie shows that being thankful every day creates a lasting impact on children, grandchildren, and future generations. Remember that sharing stories of God’s faithfulness makes a difference.

00:37:31 - Worshipful Response

Remember one thing to be grateful for and worship. Gratitude is learned and contagious, transforming both individuals and communities.

Arise in Gratitude
Forgiveness isn’t about pretending the hurt didn’t happen or denying the pain. It’s about releasing the debt completely and letting go of the expectation for the other person to make it right. When you find yourself sitting in the rubble, you have two choices: go back to the source of the pain, or turn to the One who can actually make you whole.

Arise in Who He Created You to Be | Pastor Kevin | 2 Cor. 5:17 & Romans 8:15-16
You may wonder if your story is too messy, if the labels or wounds others have given you are just your lot in life. This message throws open the doors to all—no matter what you’ve carried or the battles you still fight.

Pastor Kevin doesn't shy away from difficult topics. He's experienced brokenness and confusion firsthand. What changed everything wasn’t wishing for a simple fix, but coming to the table with Jesus, again and again, embracing the daily process of letting His love wash away old pain and mistaken ideas about who you are.

When life tries to stick you with labels and expectations, remember that your worth is given, not achieved. Nothing anybody else has said or done, no wound or mistake, can separate you from the wholeness and acceptance at Christ’s table.

Kids running wild? Past hurts? Questions about belonging? There’s a place for you, just as you are. Here, you’ll find people who understand that growth isn’t instant, who walk with you as you discover that God truly doesn’t make mistakes.

Bible References

Genesis 1:1, 1:27; 1 Samuel 17:38-40; Psalm 16:6, 139:14; Proverbs 3:5; Romans 8:38-39, 15:1-9; 2 Corinthians 5:17, 12:8-10

Key Insights
* Jesus didn’t die to fix you. He died to make you new.
* If you spend enough time around Jesus, you become like Jesus.
* Your identity is received, not achieved.
* Many of us want struggles removed from our lives. God wants maturity.
*  God’s grace is sufficient.

00:05:20 - The Power of Abide and Arise
Many people work hard to do great things for God but forget to let Him change them inside. The real journey is about living as who we are in Christ, not just seeking constant outside success.

00:10:10 - Owning Brokenness and Finding Healing
Childhood trauma, broken families, or abusive experiences affect how we view ourselves. Pastor Kevin shares his honest story and invites us to stop listening to those old thoughts. Instead, we should let Jesus’ words define us, bringing daily healing and freedom with Him.

00:18:42 - Becoming Who You Spend Time With
The people and places around us shape who we are. If we spend time with negative people or face criticism, we may become like them. But if we get close to Jesus, we start to show His love and truth instead of the hurtful labels from the world.

00:21:19 - The Process of Forgiveness and Releasing Blame
True faith means not letting past hurts or what others do control our present. Pastor Kevin shows that forgiveness is both a special gift and a helpful action. This helps those who hurt us to be free, so their choices don’t shape or restrict our future.

00:30:32 - Calling, Restoration, and New Life
Each person has a special calling from God and is given what they need. We should not try to take on someone else's problems or burdens. God's healing does not happen all at once; it is a journey. We find it by coming to Him every day for cleansing, accepting our weaknesses, and receiving the grace that helps us change and gives us hope.
