Young Adults

So roll up your sleeves, put your mind in gear, be totally ready to receive the gift that’s coming when Jesus arrives. Don’t lazily slip back into those old grooves of evil, doing just what you feel like doing. You didn’t know any better then; you do now. Most of us live in a constant mode of turning around and trying to walk away from things that separate us from God.  Degree 180 is more than that.  We are a generation of servant-leaders called to rise up and go out to advance the Kingdom of God.  Our walk has moved beyond the stage of infancy into a mature action-based faith that will touch generations to come and show Jesus to a dying world.  This requires turning around and moving forward.

Pastor Kevin O’dea challenges us in our day to day walk, reaffirming the gifts and talents God has given to us so that we can use these tools as a vehicle to minister the gospel to our generation.  Through series of teachings and one on one discipleship, our group is growing and learning how to use all that we have received since youth to lead as God calls us. The demand to be steadfast, strong, and set-apart is difficult.  We commit to be bold about our God, stepping over the line, and pushing through the limitations society places on us.  We will proclaim Jesus as our King!

Degree 180 is open to Young Adults ages 18-30 who have a heart and desire to grow and move toward the calling God has place on their life.  We have several ministry opportunities available within Degree 180.  Pastor Kevin’s vision is to equip and encourage you in the gifts that God has given, so that you can walk in your purpose and fulfill everything He has intended for you to do.  If you are interested in joining this ministry or would like to have coffee with Kevin, please contact us at youn...@springhousesmyrna.com.
