I was moved by the whirlwind of the Spirit while visiting the Tonga people in Binga. Seeing their yet-unfinished church next to the small, open sanctuary with grass and wood beams was humbling. And to see the team work out what the Spirit was putting on their hearts, encouraging the people to keep pressing on until completion, was beautiful.

I will never forget the feeling that God poured out on me when I looked into the faces of His people. When we stood in worship together, the joy and love was overwhelming. It was so refreshing. Even with the gap in language, it was a chance to fellowship with people who were real. They didn’t put on any fronts; they were just real to who they are.
